According to the Ministry of Truth<\/a><\/span> aka MSM sources, the United States on the orders of President Donald Trump launched a military strike on a Syrian government airbase target in response to their chemical weapons attack that killed a number of civilians including children earlier this week.<\/p>\n

The Magna Carta<\/a><\/span> was signed in 1215. Since then, the Western legal tradition has held that everyone deserves some kind of judicial process before being invaded, punished or put in prison, and without checks and balances, history shows that any leader will be tempted to abuse power because power kills and absolute power kills absolutely.<\/p>\n

That is why the Founder\u2019s view on war was much different than what these warmongers have today. They had more sense than even some Christians when it came to espousing a policy of peace through non-intervention; in other words, not being a busybody in other men\u2019s matters (see 1 Peter 4:15).<\/p>\n

George Washington<\/a> <\/span>said, \u201cThe great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is, in extending our commercial relations to have with them as little political connection as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thomas Jefferson said, \u201cPeace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations\u2014 entangling alliances with none.\u201d<\/p>\n

And John Quincy Adams said, \u201cAmerica\u2026goes not abroad seeking monsters to destroy.\u201d<\/p>\n

James Madison<\/a><\/span> said,<\/p>\n

Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these precede debts and taxes\u2026known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few\u2026. No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

John Quincy Adams<\/a><\/span> predicted the consequences of America\u2019s international military entanglements:<\/p>\n

America has abstained from interference in the concerns of others, even when the conflict has been for principles to which she clings. Wherever the standard of freedom and independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions, and her prayers be.<\/span><\/p>\n

But she goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She well knows that by once enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence; she would involve herself beyond the power of extraction, in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors, and usurp the standard of freedom. <\/span><\/p>\n

The fundamental maxims of her policy would insensibly change from liberty to force; the frontlet on her brow would no longer beam with the ineffable splendor of freedom and independence; but in its head would soon be substituted an imperial diadem, flashing in false and tarnished luster, the murky radiance of dominion and power. She might become the dictatress of the world: she would be no longer the ruler of her own spirit.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The framers were so vague in defining the parameters of war and the conditions under which it could be declared. Section 8, Clause 11<\/a><\/span> of the United States Constitution is the only place of significance where warfare is mentioned. It states:<\/p>\n

Congress shall have power to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union suppress insurrections and repel invasions\u201d (Section 8, Clause 15). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Constitution provided something compatible with the Bible: a militia composed of able-bodied men for the defence of themselves, their families, their communities, and their nation.<\/p>\n

The Founders described it as an autonomous militia, not a national standing army, national service, or military draft. Little wonder this power has been abused so much throughout history.<\/p>\n

Study the Past~The People Don\u2019t Want War<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Those who have gone before us suggested that we study history because they did not want us to commit the same mistakes. During the Nuremberg Trials after World War II, Hermann Goring was visited by a German-speaking intelligence officer and psychologist known as Gustave Gilbert.<\/p>\n

He was given the job of interviewing the defendants at Nuremberg. Taking notes, he wrote a book a few years later which came to be known as the Nuremberg Diary<\/a><\/span>, in which he recorded his conversation with Hermann Goring. He asked Goring:<\/p>\n

How did Hitler and the Nazis get the German people to go along with such absurd polices of war and aggression?<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Herman Goering responded:<\/p>\n

Why, of course, the people don\u2019t want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? <\/span><\/p>\n

Naturally, the common people don\u2019t want war; neither in Russia, nor England, nor America, nor for that matter in Germany\u2026. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag people along whether it is a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. <\/span><\/p>\n

Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in every country.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If the common man or woman doesn\u2019t want war, then why do we generally support wars?<\/p>\n

The first answer given by Herman Goring was, \u201cIt works the same way in every country.\u201d The second was the leaders are able to entice the people into war by scaring them so that they are in danger of being considered unpatriotic if they don\u2019t go along with them.<\/p>\n

This happened again in Nazi Germany when on the night of February 27, 1933, the Reichstag Parliament building was set on fire and Hitler blamed it on the communist \u201cterrorists.\u201d<\/p>\n

Historians agree that the burning of the Reichstag was the event that signalled the beginning of Nazi dictatorship. That same year Hitler formed the Gestapo, justifying it to the German people as necessary to maintain \u201chomeland security<\/a><\/span>\u201d in a speech in which he declared<\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n

An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation, we must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many researchers are of the opinion that the public was panicked into accepting war at all costs by the Nazi propaganda machine. \u00a0Hermann Goering called it \u201csomething more sensational to stampede the German people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another question would be, if people don\u2019t want wars, who profits from these wars?<\/p>\n

\u00a0Who Profits From War?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The answer is multinational corporations.<\/a><\/span> It is out of war and revolutions that opportunities to profit come. Conflict can be used by corporations to supply goods and services to the people involved in a conflict.<\/p>\n

General Smedley Butler, an outspoken critic of U.S. military adventurism, agreed with this assessment in his book, War is Racket<\/a>.<\/span> He said:<\/p>\n

Bankers, ship builders, manufacturers, meat packers, speculators…Yes, they are getting ready for another war. Why shouldn\u2019t they? It pays high dividends. But what does it profit the men who are killed? What does it profit their mothers and sisters, their wives and their sweethearts? What does it profit their children? What does it profit anyone except the very few to whom war means huge profits?<\/span><\/p>\n

Out of war, nations acquire additional territory, if they are victorious they take just take it this newly acquired territory is promptly exploited by the few\u2014the self-same few who wrung dollars out of blood in the war.<\/span><\/p>\n

The general public shoulders the bill. And what is this bill? This bill renders a horrible accounting:<\/span><\/p>\n
