The Terrifying Future of England

CBN produced a very terrifying report of how mass immigration signals the end of Britain. It’s not for us to judge what will happen to this great nation. That’s God’s department. What I can say, is that we need to repent as a nation and as individuals and give God an opportunity to save us through this situation.

The threat is a breakup of the United Kingdom, even before Brexit. I believe in the sanctity of the nation state, but we all sense a time of great trouble and danger coming in England because the nation is deeply divided.

The scheming of faceless bureaucrats in Brussels want England to be dismembered limb by limb. Scotland tearing in one direction, Wales pulling in another. Northern Ireland joining her southern cousins in Europe, and England imploding in an unresolved identity crisis.

We are living in the most insecure period in human history. If the Lord tarries and there no revival of pure Christianity, then the next span of years will be the worst that history has ever recorded.

The watering down of the gospel has neutered the effectiveness of the church. Governments have replaced God in Europe. The church can’t agree on the truth of the gospel, so the government has determined that what it says is the truth.

All this adds up to a terrifying picture. Well might we cry, “Watchman, what of the night?” Never was there a need for the trumpeters on Zion’s walls to sound a louder blast to sleeping believers than at this moment.

It is only God who can deliver Britain from the deep quagmire that she finds herself in. I repeat, the difficulties in the United Kingdom, will only be resolved by prayer and repentance on a national scale. We literally need a miracle!

Here is the report from CBN

Last week’s terror attack by a British-born Muslim proves again that a radical community exists within Britain. Its goal: create an Islamic nation. And there is a quieter force at work that will likely achieve that desire long before guns, bombs and violence.

This is not Karachi. It’s London.

Britain’s policy of mass immigration has brought what one expert calls “demographic upheaval” to the United Kingdom that could change almost everything.

“Finis Britanniae” The End of Britain

It’s now a demographic certainty. Someday the white native English will be a minority in their own country, including the native Welsh and the Scots.

It’s just a matter of when.

Professor David Coleman is a supernumerary fellow in human sciences and university professor in demography at Oxford. He’s has written that uncontrolled immigration could lead to “finis Britanniae.”

“Which simply means the end of Britain, and by that, I mean the end of Britain as we know it,” Coleman said.

“The point I was making is the change in the number of people and particularly the change in the origins of people, in their religion, in their cultural background, would make Britain unrecognizable compared with the present time,” he said.

Immigration can strengthen a nation. But several western nations, including the United States, are debating the wisdom of large-scale immigration from the Islamic world. And experts wonder what will happen as Muslim numbers continue to grow in officially Christian Britain.

In the dystopian masterpiece Children of Men, ethnic division and civil war wracks Britain in 2027. Armed Muslim gangs fight a government that is hunting down and deporting immigrants while trying to maintain order.

Britain’s future is not likely to be this violent, but it may not be peaceful either.

When the Christian activist group Britain First took large crosses through Luton’s Bury Park last year, angry Muslims confronted them.

MUSLIM MAN: It’s our country.

WHITE MAN: It’s your country, is it, yeah?

MUSLIM MAN: Yeah mate, it’s our country.

WHITE WOMAN It’s a Christian country.

MUSLIM MAN: It’s not a Christian country.

WHITE WOMAN Yes it is.

MUSLIM MAN: It’s not a Christian country, mate….You’re jealous. You’re jealous that we’re taking over.

MUSLIM WOMAN: The Muslims will take over. Watch.

Urban areas are becoming increasingly Islamic whereas rural area are becoming increasingly English, and there’s a retreat away from these two populations. That’s the future.

Policy analyst George Igler says he does believe it will take 40 or 50 years before the native British are a minority.

“This is a nonsense. It’s going to be much sooner. And more importantly, when you look at places like Luton. When you look at the experience of women in Cologne.

We already have a window into what this future will be like. It’s going to violence and sexual violence against non-Muslims. It’s going to be insistence on Sharia Law,” Igler said.

 Drastic Changes on the Horizon

Professor Coleman, who stressed he is not anti-Muslim but is simply looking at statistics, nevertheless said the changes could be drastic.

“There are strong currents in Muslim society which wish to see Muslim approaches to diet, to marriage and would like to see Sharia Law incorporated formally into British Law or in respect to some extremist groups would like to see Sharia Law replace British Law,” he said.

More than a half million non-British citizens immigrated to the United Kingdom in 2016. European Union rules prevented Britain from stopping migration from within Europe, but that brought European migrants.

Coleman says Brexit, Britain’s exit from the E.U., will not necessarily stop the influx of immigrants from non-European Islamic nations.

‘England Is Not Going to be England Anymore’

Great Britain was a factory for Muslim terrorists long before last week’s attack on Westminister Bridge by a British-born Muslim. At least 850 British citizens have left the U.K. to join ISIS.

“Look, we have around 100 Sharia courts in this country. We’re the only western country with a functioning network of Sharia tribunals and councils. They’re dealing with marriages, divorce, even with criminal matters. They’re marrying children,” said Anne Marie Waters, from Sharia Watch.

If demographic trends continue, British schools will change when most of the pupils are from non-British backgrounds, as will British foreign policy and military alliances.

“England is not going to be England anymore,” Igler says.

In its street protests against the Islamization of Britain, the English Defence League used to sing ‘we want our country back.’ If current demographic trends continue, it may be too late for that.

Once Saved Always Saved

Justification, Sanctification & Glorification

The apostle Paul makes it clear in his writings that there three dimensions to salvation for the believer. And the three tenses used to describe this process of salvation are: I have been saved, I am being saved, and I shall be saved.

The first is justification-you have been saved from the penalty of sin. That is past tense—something which happened in your past, and because it did, you will never be condemned.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death” (Romans 8:1-2).

The second is sanctification which is the present tense of salvation. You are being saved from sin’s power moment by moment as you live under His control and allow the indwelling Holy Spirit to lead you into all righteousness. Here you have a choice to walk by the Spirit or to walk by the flesh.

If you quench the Holy Spirit by not letting Him carry out His will, or if you grieve Him by wilfully sinning against Him, the Lord will discipline you. But He will not cast you off forever. Your fellowship is broken but not your relationship.

If you confess your sins by naming them for what they are, then God is faithful and just to forgive your sins and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness, and the fellowship is restored (see 1 John 1:9).

The third is glorification, and it is future. You will be saved from sin’s presence and given a new body. Someday you will die and be at home with your heavenly Father and the family of God. You will sin no more.

However, until your glorification, remember you are one with the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. If you are absent from the body, then you can be with the Lord. ”

Yes we have confident and hopeful courage and are pleased rather to be away from home out of the body and be at home with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8).

But what about “once saved always saved”?

What does Once Saved mean?

We’ve all heard, ‘once saved, always saved.’ But what does it mean? It means I’m being saved, but I have a lot more to be saved from. Salvation is a process, not an instantaneous miracle and therefore, like others, I’m waiting for Jesus’ Second Coming, when He will bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him. It is at that point that I will be ‘once saved’, because all of me will be saved then, including my body.

No matter how the power and presence of God has been demonstrated in our lives, we can choose to walk away from fellowship with Jesus.

Many things desensitize us from God’s love. The cares of life and pleasure and delight and glamour and deceitfulness of riches can choke and suffocate the Word, and make it unfruitful (see Matthew 13:18-23).

For some of us, there might be failures, disappointments, discouragements, setbacks, trials, tests and temptations—these things come to all of us in one form or another, no one is exempt.

In the same parable in Matthew 13: 21, Jesus says, we might hear the Word and welcome and accept with joy; yet this Word has no real root in us “but is temporary (inconstant, lasts but a little while); and when affliction or trouble or persecution comes on account of the Word, at once he is caused to stumble [he is repelled and begins to distrust and desert Him Whom he ought to trust and obey] and he falls away.”

We must choose everyday to take up our cross and follow Him, or one day we might find ourselves like the Prodigal waking up spiritually bankrupt, living in our pigpen, wondering how we got there.

The Story of Peter

One of my favourite Scriptures is the story of Peter who returned to the Sea of Galilee to take up his trade of fishing after denying three times that he knew Jesus on the night of His crucifixion.

Even the resurrection had not erased his shame. But Jesus did not condemn him. He went and found him. Jesus came along the shore and filled Peter’s nets with fish so that he could remember the Lord’s original call. (See Luke 5:1-10)

Then He cooked a meal on the shore and broke bread with him. As they were eating, Jesus asked him three times if he loved Him. Three questions for the man who had made three denials. Peter got the point. Christ had previously said to him:

Simon, Simon (Peter), listen! Satan has asked excessively that [all of] you be given up to him [out of the power and keeping of God], that he might sift [all of] you like grain, But I have prayed especially for you [Peter], that your [own] faith may not fail; and when you yourself have turned again, strengthen and establish your brethren. (Luke 22:31-32 AMP)

It was Peter’s faith Jesus was seeking to guard; for well He knew that when faith is broken down, the foundations of the spiritual life give way, and the entire structure of religious experience falls. I really thank God for the story of Peter. I don’t know a man in the Bible who gives us greater comfort.

Later on that evening when Jesus had asked him if he loved Him the third time; Peter was grieved and he said in sorrow, but in uprightness:

Lord, You know everything; You know that I love You that I have a deep, instinctive, personal affection for You, as for a close friend (see John 21:17).

The breaking of Peter’s heart was a good and necessary thing. Peter finally admitted the truth; his love for the Lord was not worthy to be compared to the love that Christ had shown him. Jesus then said to him, “Feed My sheep.”

In second epistle, Peter has this idea in mind when speaking of growth in grace as a measure of safety in the Christian life. His concluding exhortation urges us to make our calling and election sure (see 2 Peter 1:10-11).

God has elected us and chosen us, so we make that sure by pressing on, by going on for maturity, so that we may have a rich welcome into heaven.

Peter tells us we can do this by employing every effort to supplement our faith with goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness and love.

This will not only make us effective, fruitful and productive in this life but ensure that we will never fall but receive a rich welcome into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:5-11).

The Lord has done everything possible to enable us to inherit His promises, short of forcing us to receive them against our wills. “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness” (2 Peter 1:3).

Whether we make use of these resources is our responsibility. If we don’t, our calling and election cannot be sure.

Apparently, we have been saved, we are being saved and we will be saved! What do we conclude from this? Salvation is a process which takes time rather than an instant happening.

The gospel is about “the Way of salvation, along which we need to travel to reach our destination and that’s why believers in the early Church were more commonly known as ‘disciples’ or followers of ‘The way.’

It was perseverance on the journey that mattered, not a one-off decision that had little effect on daily life.

In a nutshell, we are justified by faith, but we shall be judged by works. In justification we are set from the penalty of sin. In sanctification, we are set free from the power of sin. In glorification we are set from the pollution of sin.

Will this continuing renewal process ever be complete? Absolutely, when Jesus comes back we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2) then, at last, we really will be saved completely and permanently.

What About Predestination?

I believe in predestination, God predestined me to be His child. He elected me, chose me, and chased me long before I knew Him (Ephesians 1:4-5).

You can backslid and recover. I was around 18 years of age when I first put my faith in the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. After that I basically spent almost twelve years in a very bad backslidden state.

When I think hard about it, there is only one regret that I do have in life, and that is, it took me so long to truly accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour, and I took so long doing things in my own strength and trying to find purpose in life which nothing under the sun but God alone could satisfy.

If I had only come to Christ earlier, I wouldn’t have had to suffer half the trials and tribulations that I’ve been through, and I would have been a lot more effective for Him in the kingdom.

Backsliding is a recoverable condition, but according to the Scriptures, Christians have a present assurance that we are on our way to heaven if we keep on believing in Jesus. The New Testament Scriptures warn us again and again about backsliding. For instance In John 15 Jesus says,

I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

And then Jesus says,

If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

We are also warned about the failure of over two million Jews who had left Egypt to make it to the Promised Land. It is important to realize that the Israelites were not so very different from our modern church. They all came out Egypt, which typifies salvation.

In 1 Corinthians 10 Paul tells us: “Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.”

We may have started well in our Christian walk, but we need to make sure we arrive.  We may have left Egypt, but we need to make it to the Promised Land.

In the Book of Hebrews chapter 6, the writer warns us against hardening our hearts which would make repentance impossible.

In this book, the ultimate point of apostasy for these Hebrews believers would be standing in front of the synagogue and denying that Jesus is the Messiah. In so doing they would be crucifying Jesus afresh.

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame. (Hebrews 6:4-6)

Here the writer clearly talks about those who have born again, have been enlightened, have tasted the heavenly gift, shared in the Holy Spirit, tasted the goodness of the Word of God and the powers of the coming age.”

Is the writer talking about unbelievers?  No, he is writing to Born again believers; those who continue to reject Christ.

In describing the believers, Peter likewise reminds believers to crave pure spiritual milk, implying that they have been born again….so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation.

Cry out for this nourishment, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good (1 Peter 2:1-3).

These warning given involve two stages. Stage one is neglecting the faith and drifting away which would be described as backsliding  and stage two is denying the faith which is called apostasy.

The Pilgrim’s Progress

John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress pictures the Christian life as a journey, from the sinful city to the celestial city.

It is the story of every Christian– from the promptings of the Holy Spirit beckoning us to follow Christ to our final arrival in the Celestial City of God.

In the book, the main character “Christian” and his companion “Pliable” face the crossing of the muddy “Swap of Despondence.”

This muddy swamp is the one into which the scum and filth that accompanies the conviction of sin run continually so both of these pilgrims don’t like it even for one bit.

Christian’s companion Pliable gets offended and angrily says he is unwilling to go through that swamp, and turns off to the direction of his own house. So away he went, and Christian saw him no more.”

Bunyan writes, ‘So I saw in my dream that there is a way to hell, even from the gates of heaven.’ Pliable had been on the right path, but he left it just before he arrived at the celestial city.

Keep Your Eyes Fixed on Jesus

God did predestine us. He chose us before we chose him, but he requires our co-operation. The good news is that the scriptures tell us of God’s keeping power if we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption” (Ephesians 4:30).

This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day” (John 6:39).

And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand” (John 10:28–29).

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit” (Titus 3:5).

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling or falling into sin, and to present you unblemished blameless and faultless in the presence of His glory with triumphant joy and unspeakable delight” (Jude 24).

And there is an assurance in the New Testament that comes from a believer’s intimate walk with the Lord. This assurance is not based on a decision made at a point in time, but on one’s present relationship with the Lord.

Paul reminds us in his Letter to the Romans that the Spirit Himself goes on witnessing and confirming with our spirit that we believers are children of God. (Romans 8: 16)

If you have the Father, Son and Holy Spirit on your side, you have got everything going for you. Just keep on believing, and you will make it.

The television interviewer once asked Billy Graham this question:  ‘What will be your first thought when you get to heaven?’ Billy immediately replied, ‘Relief! Relief that I made it.’

One last word:

The Cross is for you~Keep your eyes on it! If we meet and forget me, you have lost nothing~but if you meet Jesus Christ and forget Him, you have lost everything.

Why I’m Through With Homeschooling

Exclusive: Patrice Lewis offers report card after raising 2 ‘socialized’ daughters

As many long-time readers know, we homeschooled our two daughters, now both graduated. We live on a rural 20-acre homestead on which we are endeavouring to become food self-sufficient.

With a home business, the kids grew up with both parents constantly present and involved. With the blessings of God, we were able to give our girls what has become increasingly rare in modern society: an old-fashioned, home-oriented, wholesome childhood.

When I first started writing this column in April 2008, our daughters were 12 and (almost) 10 years old, smack in the middle of their formative educational years. Currently they are 21 and (almost) 19. Seems hard to believe they’re both young adults now. How has homeschooling worked for them?

Most homeschooling parents, over the years, receive the usual litany of ignorant censure and snarks from self-appointed critics. “What about socialization!” “Won’t your kids grow up stunted and ignorant?” “Why can’t you just be normal?”

Back when homeschooling was still something of a novelty, no one knew what the long-term effects of parental teaching would be like. (Historical examples of successful home education were, of course, dismissed.) Would our children grow up to be unsocial, stunted, ignorant, abnormal and unable to function in modern society?

Of course not. But it wasn’t until Dr. Brian Ray of the National Home Education Research Institute started quantifying and statistically analyzing the long-term “legacy effect” of homeschooling that it was numerically justified in the eyes of the wider world.

Society began realizing what parents and defenders have known for decades: Homeschooling works. It works beautifully. It doesn’t just work academically; it works emotionally, intellectually, morally, psychologically, sexually and just about any other factor that can be made into an adverb.

At a time when general lunacy is the norm in public schools, at a time when teachers blatantly admit their goal is to brainwash students, my husband and I knew the only option was to teach the children ourselves (private schools aren’t available in our remote rural area).

Interestingly, because our local public school district is so bad, many of the rural children around us are homeschooled as well, so we found ourselves surrounded by a vibrant community of families with similar goals. Our girls never lacked for friends.

So where are our daughters now? How did homeschooling work for them?

Besides volunteer work at county animal shelter, the first paid job both girls held was working as housekeepers for an upscale motel owned by friends. (Oddly, this provoked sneers of contempt from a certain unnamed critic who claimed maid work was demeaning.

He never explained why.) In this job, our daughters honed their time management and efficiency skills, and earned glowing letters of recommendation.

Our older daughter had no interest in attending college, but because of her love of children, we paid for her to attend a nanny school in the summer of 2015. She graduated top of her class and found immediate employment with a family in New Jersey.

Her salary is generous, her expenses are low (she’s a live-in), and she banks at least 75 percent of her paycheck. At an age where many college students are graduating with dubious degrees and crippling debt, she’s sailing along with a job she enjoys, a solid circle of friends and a bank account that staggers even her bankers.

Our younger daughter is attending college part-time (4.0 GPA so far), working part-time (retail), is an accomplished artist and writer, and has a small business. Her business is turning a profit, her professor asked her to tutor other students, and her boss considers her the best employee she’s ever had.

As a minor example: Last week, our daughter was asked to perform a task at work. Her boss estimated it would take four hours. It took her two, and she had her boss examine the result to make sure it was satisfactory (it was).

Her boss couldn’t believe she’d completed the task so rapidly. Later, in relating this incident to us, our daughter cheerfully said, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned from you guys, it’s efficiency.”

I can tell you without hesitation: Any older adult who meets our daughters comes away impressed by their maturity, social ease, work ethic, sense of responsibility, honesty, sharp wit and self-control. And that, my friends, will bring them farther in life than any useless college degree in Entitlement and Victimology.

I don’t mean to spend this column bragging about our daughters, though I hope my pride is evident. But our girls are not unique among homeschoolers. One time I was asked during an interview whether homeschoolers were more intelligent than other kids their age.

Surprised, I replied, “No! Homeschooled kids are on a bell curve just like any other kid. But homeschooling allows them to reach their full potential.”

Yes, potential. Without the distraction of peer pressure, without the need for emotional and physical defenses in a school full of often-violent peers, without politically correct malarkey shoved down their throats for 12 years, without interference from an educational system designed to nurture vice and encourage depravity … well, it’s no wonder homeschooled children can concentrate their energies on cultivating their talents and interests instead of constantly being in survival and/or defense mode, which warps personalities, reduces self-control and deadens creative energy.

Rather than strengthening what should be the strongest bond of childhood – the parental bond – schools do everything in their power to weaken ties within families. By reinforcing the notion that parents are at best bumbling doofuses and at worst evil adversaries, schools can affect familial relations for generations to come.

By steeping children in a highly sexualized atmosphere where every perversion is celebrated and encouraged, graduating teens often have sexual histories (including multiple partners, diseases, one or more abortions and other horrors) that will haunt them the rest of their lives.

Yet homeschoolers are “stunted” because of their “lack of socialization”? Bwahahahaha.

This, my friends, is what I call the “legacy” effect of homeschooling. Education should not focus purely on academics.

Homeschooling educates the whole child, including many critical qualities that will serve young people throughout their adult lives: faith, high morals, personal responsibility, a work ethic, self-control, and honesty.

What legacy do your children have?

Wake-up Call to the American Church and Nation

Bob Eschliman writing for Charisma Magazine brought this to light a few months ago, asking whether this is George Soros Formula for Killing America.

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeM_l5mkyYc?rel=0?ecver=1]

That billionaire George Soros is evil almost goes without saying. He has bankrupted entire nations and manipulated the elections in countless others.

Now, the American Association of Evangelicals have released a powerful 15-minute video (see above) on the Soros-funded globalist “formula” to weaken the church and America in an effort to destroy them both.

Kelly Monroe Kullberg, a spokesperson for the AAE, said most Americans know something is deeply wrong, and now we can overcome what we can understand.

The video is produced by The Awareness Project, and is meant to be a powerful wake-up call to the church and nation. It is narrated by Eric Metaxas, author of Bonhoeffer.

“God help us,” he said. “Please watch this video. Our country hangs in the balance.”

“Two Georges—but oh so different! George Soros is selfishly trying to destroy what George Washington sacrificially founded: America,” Dr. Jim Garlow said of the video.

“Thank God for these fearless producers exposing one of the most sinister, destructive forces to the Republic. Listen to this. Listen carefully. Your nation depends on it.”

Shocking Bible Code Matrix

Did someone know in advance that David Rockefeller would die on March 20th, 2017? What I am about to share with you is absolutely astounding.

Bible code researcher Kara Pickering has found an incredible Bible code matrix that contains the phrase “Rockefeller dies” along with the terms “Chase”, “Manhattan”, “2017” and the specific date on the Hebrew calendar (Adar 22) when he actually died.

Of course David Rockefeller served as the CEO of Chase Manhattan for over a decade, and he was widely considered to be one of the strongest proponents of a “New World Order”.

When my wife and I first received this Bible code matrix from Kara Pickering we were completely floored, and she has given us permission to share it with all of you. As you can see, the specific details that it contains about Rockefeller are quite stunning…

These are just some of the key terms that Kara Pickering was able to discover in this amazing matrix…

-“Rockefeller dies”

-“David” appears five times

-“Chase”

-“Manhattan”

-“2017” appears five times

-“Adar” appears twice

-“22nd” appears three times (Adar 22nd is March 20th on our calendar)

-“At 101” (the age Rockefeller was when he died)

You can view the original Bible code matrix created by Kara Pickering right here. In the chart above, you can see that “hell” shows up five times, but she told us that it is actually in there quite a few more times.

Is it just some sort of extremely bizarre coincidence that all of these phrases can be found in a single matrix?

Of course other researchers have been making extraordinary Bible code discoveries for many years. It truly does appear that information about our future was encoded within the pages of Scripture thousands of years ago, and this is something that skeptics have a very hard time dealing with.

If you are not familiar with the Bible code phenomenon, the following is a pretty good summary from Wikipedia

The Bible code (Hebrew: הצופן התנ”כי‎‎, hatzofen hatanachi), also known as the Torah code, is a purported set of secret messages encoded within the Hebrew text of the Torah. This hidden code has been described as a method by which specific letters from the text can be selected to reveal an otherwise obscured message. Although Bible codes have been postulated and studied for centuries, the subject has been popularized in modern times by Michael Drosnins book The Bible Code and the movie The Omega Code.

Many examples have been documented in the past. One cited example is that by taking every 50th letter of the Book of Genesis starting with the first taw, the Hebrew wordtorahis spelled out. The same happens in the Book of Exodus. Modern computers have been used to search for similar patterns and more complex variants, as well as quantifying its statistical likelihood.

God knew who David Rockefeller would become before he was born, and God also knew the day he would die.

Big corporate news outlets such as the New York Times are greatly praising Rockefeller for his “contributions” to American society, but others remember him as a master manipulator that was always trying to influence the direction of U.S. politics from behind the scenes. The following comes from an excellent piece by Whitney Webb

No one person encapsulates the enduring legacy of the “robber barons” of the Industrial Age quite like David Rockefeller. Rockefeller, who died yesterday at the age of 101, was the last surviving grandson of John D. Rockefeller, the oil tycoon who became America’s first billionaire and the patriarch of what would become one of the most powerful and wealthiest families in American history.

David Rockefeller, an undeniable product of American nobility, lived his entire life in the echelons of U.S. society, becoming symbolic of the elite who often direct public policy to a much greater extent than many realize, albeit often from the shadows.

Rockefeller made it clear that he preferred to operate out of public view despite his great influence in American – and international – politics. Due to his birthright, Rockefeller served as an advisor to every president since Eisenhower, but when offered powerful positions such as Federal Reserve chairman and Secretary of the Treasury – he declined, preferring “a private role.”

In particular, Rockefeller is often criticized for his role in trying to integrate the United States into a “New World Order”. In his autobiography, Rockefeller stated that he was quite proud of what he had accomplished in this regard…

Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.

Another thing that Rockefeller is often criticized for was his involvement with the Bilderberg Group. At the 1991 meeting, he reportedly made the following infamous statement…

We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The super-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.

For Rockefeller, death caught up with him before he ever got to see the fulfillment of his New World Order dream.

No matter how much money one might have, the truth is that all of our mortal bodies wear out eventually.

Instead of focusing on temporal matters and the things of this world, perhaps Rockefeller should have spent more time focusing on the things that are eternal.

There is a God, and He is speaking to us in a multitude of ways. My hope is that this Rockefeller Bible code matrix that Kara Pickering has discovered will wake many people up and will cause them to starting thinking about the things that really matter.

Total Indoctrination

Here are two interesting articles confirming what we’ve been covering these past few days. This state-sponsored indoctrination has been a major goal of the educational system in the last 150 years.

School Pushes “Total Indoctrination,” Comparing Trump to Hitler, Mussolini

A group of moms in Saratoga Springs, New York has decided to fight back against what they call the radical left-wing indoctrination that has infested the local school system.

They call themselves the “Conservative Chicks,” and one of their leaders contacted me after reading my new book, The Deplorables’ Guide to Making America Great Again.

She realized it was time to take a stand after a teacher at the local high school led a classroom presentation on fascism that included a graphic portrayal comparing President Donald Trump to Hitler and Mussolini.

That’s right, folks.

A 10th-grade teacher at Saratoga Springs High School led a discussion on the rise of fascism during World War II by referencing President Trump.

“It’s total indoctrination,” said Melissa, the parent who contacted me. She asked that I not use her last name. “It’s not their place to indoctrinate our children.

It’s their job to teach the facts. Healthy debate is one thing, but this definitely crossed the line.”

The entire lesson plan was posted on the school district’s website. But once I started poking around and asking questions, the lesson was hidden behind a password protected wall.

Trump has absolutely no relation to World War II.There’s no reason why he should be included with Stalin, Mussolini or Hitler, They are trying to link him to the leaders of that time. That crosses a line.

Another graphics listed “early warning signs of fascism”:

  • Nationalism
  • Obsession with national security
  • Religion and government intertwined
  • Rampant sexism
  • Fraudulent elections
  • Obsession with crime and punishment

“The fact they posted this on the school’s website shows just how brazen these teachers are,” another concerned parent told me.

“Liberal teachers need to be reminded it’s not okay to use their platform to push their agenda on our kids,” the parent added.

Supt. Mike Piccirillo defended the lesson—telling me that “teaching about fascism as a political movement in the context of World War II is part of the curriculum.”

So how does President Trump factor into World War II?

“The cartoons you referenced were used as examples to introduce a student debate regarding how some media may be portraying our government as exhibiting the early signs of fascism,” he said.

The question posed to students was “Do you believe this is fair and/or accurate?”

So at some point, did the teacher explain to the classroom that such comparisons were not only unfair, but also grossly inaccurate?

The superintendent did not answer that question.

“These teachers are really pushing a liberal agenda on the kids,” one of the moms told me.

I commend the Conservative Chicks for taking a stand and embracing the call to action in The Deplorables’ Guide.

In the U.K, Government Now Indoctrinating 4-Year-Olds with Gay Education

Children as young as 4 could be exposed to explicit teaching on same-sex relationships under government plans announced today.

Education Secretary Justine Greening has outlined proposals for a new statutory subject of “relationships education,” to be implemented in primary schools across England.

The vague subject could open the door for children to be taught about a “bewildering array” of alternative lifestyles, causing confusion and undermining Christian values.

Questions

At this stage, it does not appear that parents of primary school children will be able to withdraw their children from such lessons.

The government has tabled amendments to the Children and Social Work Bill, which it says will also introduce statutory “relationships and sex education” in all secondary schools in England.

Greening stated that the right of withdrawal from sex education at secondary level will continue and gave assurances for faith schools.

Currently, local authority-maintained secondary schools must offer sex education, but primary schools are not required to do so.

‘Confusion’

Deputy Director for Policy and Staffing at The Christian Institute, Humphrey Dobson, said:

Many parents would object if controversial sex education teaching could be imported into the new compulsory subject of relationships education which will be required in all schools, including primary schools.

This could expose young children to concepts that they and their parents fundamentally disagree with for religious or philosophical reasons. For example, it could be used to manipulate children into agreeing with same-sex marriage.

Over-broad language could be used to get pupils to agree with all types of relationship (which isn’t right), rather than teaching respect for individual people (which is right).

Forcing teachers to confront 5-year-olds with a bewildering array of alternative lifestyles will simply sow confusion and undermine marriage.

Right of withdrawal

Sex education has become increasingly controversial, with the push for ever more explicit materials to be used at an ever-younger age.

Parents are likely to have strong reservations about some of the materials dealing with subjects like pornography, transsexualism and contraception, especially when they believe their children are too young for this teaching.

In these circumstances, parents have always been able to withdraw their child from the offending element of the lesson.

If there is no opt-out from relationships education in primary schools, what will parents do if the subject is used as a pretext for controversial ideas or materials? Undercutting that right of withdrawal in any way would be highly controversial with parents.

Teachers Sacked

In an editorial today, The Daily Telegraph stated its belief that parents are always the best people to decide on what is appropriate for children.

It warned that teachers who hold to socially conservative values are already under extreme pressure not to go against the grain:

“Teachers know that saying anything that fails to conform to the prevailing sexual orthodoxies (as determined by campaigners and activists) could result in the sack or worse.”

“This decision will doubtless be greeted with approbation by MPs, but they also need to understand the limits to the statutory intrusion of the state into every aspect of our lives”, it concluded.

New Clause 5

The news follows a separate attempt to rewrite sex and relationships education, via a different amendment to the Children and Social Work Bill.

New Clause 5 suggested that “Relationships Education” be made a national curriculum subject. It was put forward by MPs David Burrowes and Maria Miller

No Parental Opt-Out!!!

Controversial plans to enforce relationships education in primary schools will include no right of withdrawal for parents, it has emerged.

Yesterday evening the Government released an official policy statement, outlining its plans to create a new statutory subject of ‘Relationships Education’ in primary schools across England.

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzFPHBpPG0c?rel=0]

The statement reveals that the subject will include teaching on “different types of relationships”, as well as “boundaries and consent”. Alarmingly, it also states that parents will not be allowed to withdraw their children from these lessons.

‘Different relationships’

Responding to the move Laura Perrins, co-editor of the Conservative Woman website, stressed that parents would be side-lined:

“Parents are best placed to discuss these sensitive issues with their own children, not the Government or strangers in the classroom.

“This state bullying should be resisted by all families. Such ‘education’ could include encouraging young children to doubt their gender or biological sex.”

LGBT relationships

According to the Government’s policy statement, Relationships Education is likely to focus on, “different types of relationships”, “family relationships” and “healthy relationships”. This could include teaching on homosexual and bisexual relationships, as well as same-sex parenting and same-sex marriage.

A secondary-level subject called Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) will also be brought in, which would include teaching on “sex, sexual health and sexuality”.

The Government states that parents would retain the right to withdraw their children from this, although the details have not yet been set out.

The Government’s plans have been introduced through an amendment to the Children and Social Work Bill, which would give Education Secretary Justine Greening the power to “make Relationships Education and RSE statutory through regulations”.

Stay informed

Over the next few months, ministers will consult on the proposals with a “wide range of interests and expertise”.

Homosexual lobby group Stonewall has already said it will be pressing the Government to ensure LGBT issues are “reflected in updated guidance for schools”.

This New Bubble Is Even Bigger Than the Subprime Fiasco

In 1988, a bank called Guardian Savings and Loan made financial history by issuing the first ever “subprime” mortgage bond.

The idea was revolutionary.

The bank essentially took all the mortgages they had loaned to borrowers with bad credit, and pooled everything together into a giant bond that they could then sell to other banks and investors.

The idea caught on, and pretty soon, everyone was doing it.

As Bethany McLean and Joe Nocera describe in their excellent history of the financial crisis (All the Devils are Here), the first subprime bubble hit in the 1990s.

Early subprime lenders like First Alliance Mortgage Company (FAMCO) had spent years making aggressive loans to people with bad credit, and eventually the consequences caught up with them.

FAMCO declared bankruptcy in 2000, and many of its competitors went bust as well.

Wall Street claimed that it had learned its lesson, and the government gave them all a slap on the wrist.

But it didn’t take very long for the madness to start again.

By 2002, banks were already loaning money to high-risk borrowers. And by 2005, all conservative lending standards had been abandoned.

Borrowers with pitiful credit and no job could borrow vast sums of money to buy a house without putting down a single penny.

It was madness.

By 2007, the total value of these subprime loans hit a whopping $1.3 trillion. Remember that number.

And of course, we know what happened the next year: the entire financial system came crashing down.

Duh. It turned out that making $1.3 trillion worth of idiotic loans wasn’t such a good idea.

By 2009, 50% of those subprime mortgages were “underwater”, meaning that borrowers owed more money on the mortgage than the home was worth.

In fact, delinquency rates for ALL mortgages across the country peaked at 11.5% in 2010, which only extended the crisis.

But hey, at least that’s never going to happen again.

Except… I was looking at some data the other day in a slightly different market: student loans.

Over the last decade or so, there’s been an absolute explosion in student loans, growing from $260 billion in 2004 to $1.31 trillion last year.

So, the total value of student loans in America today is LARGER than the total value of subprime loans at the peak of the financial bubble.

And just like the subprime mortgages, many student loans are in default.

According to the Fed’s most recent Household Debt and Credit Report, the student loan default rate is 11.2%, almost the same as the peak mortgage default rate in 2010.

This is particularly interesting because student loans essentially have no collateral.

Lenders make loans to students… but it’s not like the students have to pony up their iPhones as security.

That’s what made the subprime debacle so dangerous.

Millions of homes were underwater, so when borrowers didn’t pay, lenders didn’t have sufficient collateral to cover their loan exposure.

With student loans, there is no collateral. Lenders have no security to recoup their loans.

So when students don’t pay, someone is going to take a hit.

That ‘someone’ will likely be you.

That’s because hundreds of billions of dollars of these student loans are either owned or guaranteed by the United States government.

So as borrowers stop making payments, it’s the taxpayer who will suffer yet another massive loss.

Let’s be honest, though, there’s something seriously screwed up with this system.

Young people are pushed into this system by a society that places an irrationally high value on university degrees.

Kids are told for their entire lives that if they study hard to get into a good school, there will be a great career waiting for them.

For many young people this turned out to be a total lie.

In fact, Federal Reserve data once again show that, for at least 25% of college graduates, salaries are no higher than for people with just a high school diploma.

Racking up so much debt hardly seems worth it.

It seems bizarre to begin with that an 18-year old will know what s/he wants to do in life, to the point that they should take on $50,000 in debt for a piece of paper that might not even make them marketable.

What did any of us really know at age 18? And how many of us could have accurately predicted our life’s path?

Very few.

And yet there’s an absurd amount of pressure to force young people into this system that heaps debt upon them.

If you’re a young person about to go down this path of debt, I’d suggest two alternatives:

1) Look overseas.

There’s a multitude of top-ranked universities around the world that you can attend for a fraction of what you might pay at home. See here, and here.

2) Seek mentorship.

The master-apprentice relationship worked well for thousands of years. And it’s so simple.

If you want to be successful, learn from successful people.

If you want to be great at something, find someone who’s already great at it and learn from them.

And if you’re not sure, find someone who you respect admire… someone whose activities and values excite you… and make yourself indispensable to that person.

Overcoming Sin

We’ve heard that a famous parenting author and her husband have ended their 17-year marriage after he came out as gay. Based on current trends this is not surprising as the percentage of  Millennials embracing gay marriage has increased.

What is frightening is the “sensitivity training” to accept, embrace and advocate every kind of sin has escalated.  If you believe what the Bible teaches about any controversial subject, you will be allowed to silently believe but not allowed to practice or say what you believe, especially in the “post-Christian” Europe.

The Deep State’s obsession with mind control using all forms of perversions has increased. And one of the tools being used are the six media corporations who are pushing a worldview that promotes lust and every form of sin until people can longer contain themselves within the bounds of human decency.

Please readers don’t cast me into the liberal or conservative camp of Christians. I belong to neither camp. My opinion to homosexuality is the same as that of one famous evangelist.

When asked about homosexuality by a reporter, he excelled by answering, “When I need gasoline for my car I put the nozzle in the gas tank, not in the exhaust….All I am saying is no car is built like that, and no man is created that way either.”

The good news is that God demonstrates and clearly proves His love for us that while we were still sinners, Christ died on the Cross for us. (Romans 5:8) Jesus died for all of us sinners and His mercy and grace reaches out to everyone.

Sin is sin whether it is adultery, homosexuality, murder, lying, slander…you name it.  And we all sinners and that’s why we need a Saviour. In fact am not qualified to approach someone who has fallen into any sin because I am a sinner too. As a matter of fact, perhaps I can see myself doing what he/she has done if not by God’s grace.

I remember a story that describes two church elders a few years ago who had the task of approaching a man in their church who was in an adulterous relationship.

On their way to the man’s home one elder said to the other, “Do you believe that you could fall into this sin?” the reply: “No I cannot.” The elder who asked the question then said, “You are not qualified to go in and approach this man” and the visit was cancelled.

The apostle Paul admonishes us in Galatians 6:1: “Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.”

The lesson here is: the person who knows full well that he or she could do the very same thing if at all it’s not by the grace of God is the only person qualified to help a fellow Christian caught in any kind of sin.  But the question is, how do we overcome sin?

How to Overcome Sin

The problem we have as Christians is we’ve all forgotten the power of the cross. We think that to die once is sufficient but the spirit of the world, with its carnality and selfishness loosed upon this generation is so strong in these evil days.

It is only in a continual daily crucifying of the flesh that we can withstand temptation. The only way to overcome sin is to carry our cross, follow Christ, and die daily because to die just once in this sex-saturated society is not enough. It has to be a daily personal experience with the Lord who alone can enable us to overcome temptation.

All efforts and human willpower to overcome sin  without Christ are futile and unscriptural. The Bible teaches us that sin is overcome by faith in Christ. “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption- that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:30-31). “Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6)

Christians are said to have their hearts purified by faith (Acts 15:9). In Acts 26:18, it is affirmed that the saints are sanctified by faith in Christ. And in Romans 9:31-32, it is affirmed that the Jews did not attain righteousness because they did not seek it by faith, but as it were, by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone.

The Bible tells us that Christ saves people from sin through faith and His Spirit is received by faith to dwell in the heart. It is faith that works by love. (Galatians 5:6) Love is brought about and sustained by faith. By faith, Christians overcome the world, the flesh, and the devil. It is by faith that they quench all the fiery darts of the evil one (Ephesians 6:16).

It is by faith that we put on Christ.  For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (Galatians 3:27) And we put off the old man with his deeds by faith. (Colossians 3:9). It is by faith that we fight the good fight (1 Timothy 6:12), and not by resolution. It is by faith that we stand. (2 Corinthians 1:24; by resolution we fall. This is the victory that has overcome the world; our faith (I John 5:4)

No one born (begotten) of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, for God’s nature abides in him [His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him]; and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God.(1 John 9:3)

And again, “We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over and protects him [Christ’s divine presence within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one does not lay hold (get a grip) on him or touch [him]. (1 John 5:18 AMP)

It is by faith that the flesh is kept under and carnal desires are subdued. It is by faith that we receive the Spirit of Christ to work in us both to will and to work according to His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight. (Philippians 2:13)

God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us. (Romans 5:5) By pouring out His love, He quickens our whole souls into harmony with Himself and He purifies our hearts through faith. He quickens and regulates our affections, desires, appetites and passions, and becomes our sanctification.

Every victory over sin is by faith in Christ. Wherever we are diverted from Christ by resolving to fight against sin in our own strength, we are deluding ourselves. Nothing but the Spirit of Christ within us can save us from sin.

The Bible teaches that by trusting in Christ, we receive an inward influence that stimulates and directs every step we take. “I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”(Galatians 2:20 AMP)

It teaches that that by faith we receive His purifying influence into the very centre of our beings. He quickens our inward beings into an attitude of loving obedience. This is the only practical way to overcome sin.

But what about when Paul exhorted us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling…. (Philippians 2:12-13). Here Paul was teaching the Philippians while he was with them; but now in his absence, he exhorted them to work out their own salvation, not by resolution but by the inward operation of God. This passage recognizes both the divine and human agency in the work of sanctification.

God works in us to will and to do; and we, accepting by faith His in-working, will and do according to His good pleasure. Faith itself is an active and not a passive state. A passive holiness is impossible. Jesus Himself influences the free will and, He does this by truth and love and not by force.

You cannot make your life holy or overcome sin if your heart does not have the love of God. This is what the Bible calls sanctification. This is the second part of being saved. The first part is justification.

Having been set free from the penalty of sin and with the broken relationship now restored, we are now set free from the power of sin. The grip of sin is broken, and sanctification comes as much by faith as justification.

We are justified by faith and we are sanctified by faith. We don’t have to produce it ourselves, but we do need to go on trusting Jesus Christ every moment of every day.

The Lord willing we shall consider the meaning of justification, sanctification and glorification next time.

Great Need in The Modern Church are Intercessors

In her classic book, Beyond the Veil: Entering into Intimacy with God Through Prayer, Alice Smith describes intercession “as a special grace given by Christ to pray for extended periods of time on the basis of an intimate relationship with the Lord.”  Therefore intimacy with the Lord is the foundation of effective intercession.

Loud weeping that looks like and sounds like a woman in travail may characterize the intercessor’s prayer life but this groaning and travailing can be difficult for others to bear, especially when they are not sensing the same intensity of travail.

We are advised to find a private place to pray so that we don’t disturb those who may not yet understand this gift. The only exception is when this state of brokenness occurs in a group prayer meeting.

Listen to Frank Bartleman who was part of Azusa Street describing what it means to intercede:

In the days of the Welsh and Azusa Street Revival, real prayer was little understood. It was hard to find a quite place where one would not be disturbed. Gethsemane experiences with Jesus were rare among the saints in those days. At Smale’s church one day, I was groaning in prayer at the altar.

The Spirit of intercession was upon me. A brother rebuked me severely. He did not understand it. The flesh naturally shrinks from such ordeals. The “groans” are no more popular in most churches than is a woman in birth pangs in the home.

Soul travail does not make pleasant company for selfish worldlings. But we cannot have souls born without it. Childbearing is anything but a popular exercise, and so with a real revival of new born souls in the churches.

Modern society has little place for a childbearing mother. They prefer society “flappers.” And so with the churches regarding soul travail. There is little burden for souls. Men run from the groans of a woman in travail of birth. And so the church desires no “groans” today. She is too busy enjoying herself.

The truth is sometimes prayer fails and only intercession prevails. Paul said that “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.” (Galatians 4:19 KJV)

Revivalist Charles Finney once heard in a discussion that groaning should be discouraged. Here is what he recorded:

“People asked if God could produce a state of feeling where it was impossible not to groan. “Why, yes,” the leaders answered, “but He never does.”

“Then Paul must have been deceived when he wrote about groaning, “too deep for words.” Jonathan Edwards, too, was mistaken when he wrote his book about revivals.

“Travail of soul is often a condition of prevailing prayer. “As soon as Zion was in labour, she gave birth to her children” (Isa 66:8) Paul said, “My little children, for whom I labour in birth again until Christ is formed in you.” (Galatians 4:19).

“This implies that he had travailed in birth for them before they were converted. Indeed, travail of soul in prayer is the only revival prayer. If anyone does not know what this is, he does not understand the spirit of prayer. He is not in a revival state. He does not understand the passage of Romans 8:26-27.

So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.

And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God’s will.

“Until he understands this agonizing prayer, he does not know the real secret of revival power.”

The Lord is seeking intercessors because so many people in the world are perishing without knowing Jesus Christ. Most of the labor of love and work that is done in ministry is comparatively vain because there is so little real intercession connected to it.

Multitudes of God’s children have hardly any concept of what intercession is. Yet as Frank Bartleman notes:  “Real soul travail is just as definite in the spirit as natural human birth pangs. No soul is ever born out this. All true revivals of salvation come this way.”

I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, who will never hold their peace day or night; you who [are His servants and by your prayers] put the Lord in remembrance [of His promises], keep not silence, and give Him no rest until He establishes Jerusalem and makes her a praise in the earth. (Isaiah 62:6-7 AMP)

And no one calls on Your name and awakens and bestirs himself to take and keep hold of You; for You have hidden Your face from us and have delivered us into the [consuming] power of our iniquities. (Isaiah 64:7)

And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found none. (Ezekiel 22:30)

The number one great need in the modern church is intercessors. They were scarce in the days of Isaiah. This was his complaint;

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.” (Isaiah 59:16 KJV)

Rees Howells, born in a Welsh mining village and best known as the founder of the Bible College of Wales says, “There are three things that are to be seen in an intercessor, which are not necessarily found in ordinary prayer: identification, agony and authority.”

This identification of the intercessor with the ones for whom he intercedes can be perfectly seen in Jesus Christ. The Bible says:

He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (Isaiah 53: 11-12 KJV)

So today there is a great need of intercessors, first for the needy harvest of souls, and the thousands without the gospel, and we need to pray for labourers to be sent forth by God into the needy fields of the earth.

Then He said to His disciples, the harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust labourers into the His harvest.” (Matthew 9:37)

“Oh that it would please the LORD to send out faithful laborers into His vineyard, for if they send themselves, they are good for nothing!” said one great writer.

Charles Finney said that he once knew a minister who had a revival fourteen winters in succession. “I did not know how to account for it till I saw one of his members get up in a prayer meeting and make a confession.” Brethren,” he said,

I have been long in the habit of praying every Saturday night till after midnight for the descent of the Holy Spirit among us. And now, brethren (and he began to weep), I confess that I have neglected it for two or three weeks. The secret was out. That minister had a praying church.

Let us approach the throne of grace and beseech our Heavenly Father to give us the grace of prayer and intercession to cry out for a Revival and a Great Awakening.
